Once we checked - in, my room wasn't clean enough however, Henry Park the receptionist helped us to make a complaint and reported well to their manager. Otherwise we wouldn't choose this hotel in advance. The thing is, their manager contacted us and asked our satisfaction of room clearness. We were satisfied about this. We appreciated Henry's and his manager' help.

Location is good, metro, 7/11, olive young and CU were so close to the hotel. Breakfast is full of variety, you can choose what you want. Thanks to receptionist girls, they helped a lot and answered to all my questions.

This is a lovely hotel, well situated on two Seoul Subway lines, great food around, wonderful staff, OUTSTANDING breakfast and a great team there to help you with anything you need, Parking is easy, affordable and safe! We have stayed at this hotel twice now and just love it. The rooms are comfy (love the bathtub!) , beds great and bathrooms and amenities all outstanding. The price is right for this hotel and its just a great place to stay if you want to enjoy a few days in Seoul! Please stay here!

I was pleasantly surprised with Shilla Stay Mapo. Very good staff and excellent dining. The bonus for me was a post office right next door so I could mail my hobby goods back home, and a subway station just a 5 minute walk up the intersection. The staff would hail me a cab when requested and gave me a card to give the driver when I needed to return. Korea Post are excellent! They have a guy on site that can box and pack anything you want sent home. Custom made boxes crafted from one sheet of cardboard! The hotel is now my go to when I visit Seoul in the future.

Its a very confortable and nice hotel, easy to reach with public transport from Airport and central location. Area around the hotel is very nice as well, lively and with lots of good restaurants.

Within my BEST TOP 3 hotels I've ever stayed at over a decade of solo travelling Phenomenal stay. Stayed 4-nights + room was bigger then most (compared to Japan + Pricing) Shower had amazing + powerful pressure, Bed was superb and comfy, Value for money 100% Highly recommend. 7-11 just outside. Within walking distance to subway which gets you to most tourist attractions (With expectation of connecting trains) Same to say w buses. Free water everyday. Fast internet View was even enjoyable. Worth its 4-star rating 100%. Again this was a phenomenal stay

First and foremost, I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location. It was conveniently situated in the heart of Seoul, allowing easy access to popular attractions and transportation options. This made exploring the city a breeze and added a great deal of convenience to my stay. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel on the cleanliness of the rooms. My accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The panoramic view of the city from my room was simply breathtaking and added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay, and for that, I am truly grateful.
