Once we checked - in, my room wasn't clean enough however, Henry Park the receptionist helped us to make a complaint and reported well to their manager. Otherwise we wouldn't choose this hotel in advance. The thing is, their manager contacted us and asked our satisfaction of room clearness. We were satisfied about this. We appreciated Henry's and his manager' help.

First and foremost, I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location. It was conveniently situated in the heart of Seoul, allowing easy access to popular attractions and transportation options. This made exploring the city a breeze and added a great deal of convenience to my stay. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel on the cleanliness of the rooms. My accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The panoramic view of the city from my room was simply breathtaking and added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay, and for that, I am truly grateful.

We stayed at this hotel booking two separate rooms and merging three bookings. This was because we had to adapt our schedules rather short notice. The staff was extremely helpful in merging these and in general being there for us. There's a longer review for the hotel by myself but here I'll just say these short things. Overall this is a great hotel to use when visiting Seoul.

Very near the subway station but a bit of a walk from the subway exit with an elevator. We chose this hotel cos we were travelling domestically and it was near the airport line station. They have a bath tub which is a plus. The beds are really comfortable.

The location is unmatched. You can reach all the hotspots from this hotel really quickly. The rooms are well equipped and have everything you need. Room service is super friendly and you´ll get water every day.
